SC Math 2

Math 2 is the second level of math that our High School students must successfully complete for graduation. It follows the NYS  Math curriculum for Integrated Algebra. We start the year by reviewing Basic Math 1 Concepts, then continue our exploration of Math concepts by applying what we know to a variety of Math problems. At the end of the year, the students will take the NYS Integrated Regents Exam, a requirement for graduation.

Successful completion of this course earns the student 1 HS Math credit towards graduation. NYS also looks for successful completion of the regents exam for graduation credit.

Required Materials:  Integrated Algebra Textbook (in classroom), Math Folder with loose leaf paper, Binder (to be kept in classroom), pens and pencils, Calculator (provided for school use only), Agenda
