Below you will find information about Dionne Barratt,
the  Middle School Spanish teacher.

 I was born and raised in the borough of Queens.  I am the youngest of six children.  I have two brothers, two sisters, and also one identical twin sister.

 I attended Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan.  After earning my Bachelor's Degree in Spanish at the State University of New York at Geneseo, I decided to relocate to this area to begin my career in teaching.

 I taught Spanish at Geneseo Central School for one year.  I began working at Wayland Central School in 1997.  Since that time, I have taught in both the middle and the high school.  This year, I am teaching 7th and 8th grade Spanish.

 Currently, I live in the town of West Sparta with my family- my husband and daughters, our dogs Cooper and Bella and our cat Cocoa.
