To: ALL 2010 SENIORS and 2010 SENIOR PARENTS

Dear 2010 Seniors & Parents,

We are providing this information early so that you will have enough time to compile all of your materials in order for you to be included in the senior section of the 2010 EYRIE.

We want you to be included in your senior yearbook as much as possible so that it truly reflects your final year at WCCS.

If you wish to submit a senior portrait other than the photos that were taken for school ID, you must adhere to the following guidelines. If you do not submit a senior portrait, we will place your school ID photo as your senior portrait if one is available. If you do not submit a senior portrait or have a school ID photo taken, we cannot publish your senior memories or your future plans.

Those who will be submitting senior portraits please make note of the following requirements.

• Photos do not have to be professionally taken but must be of good quality.
• We prefer digital files submitted as a JPEG or TIFF format on a CD at 300 dpi, for a traditional wallet sized photo (2.5" x 3.5").
• ALL portraits must be vertical (no slanted/diagonal/horizontal shots)
• Portraits are preferred to be FULL COLOR however black and white and sepia will be accepted.
• TRADITIONAL HEAD AND SHOULDERS POSE is preferred.
• NO HANDS
• NO OBJECTS, PETS, etc…

Your senior portraits MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY OCTOBER 2, 2009  in order to be included in the yearbook. NO EXCEPTIONS.
