Golden Eagle Staff Award

Awarded to staff members who exemplify leadership in order to improve our District’s educational system. Golden Eagle Criteria:

• Dedication to WCCS students, staff and district

• Example of living the District’s mission, vision and goals

• Models and promotes positive character in their daily interactions with each other and with students and their families

• Assumes a leadership role in regard to District goals and growth

• Exceeds expectations by providing a service that benefits the entire District.

Administrators will suggest recipients of the Golden Eagle to be reviewed by the administrative team. Nominations from staff members can be given to any administrator for consideration or e-mail Becky Wager at rwager@wccsk12.org
