The Professional Development Committee (PDC) is a shared decision making team comprised of multidisciplinary school staff who work together to review and recommend a plan for appropriate professional development experiences that support the identified District goals.

The Director of Curriculum and Instruction will work collaboratively with the Instructional Leadership Council to analyze student data, prioritize needs, identify and develop learning experiences and share those recommendations with the PDC. The committee will be responsible for reviewing and approving the proposed plan to be submitted to the Superintendent and Board of Education for final approval.
