SCO Services
The School Counseling Program at Wayland-Cohocton School is available to
assist students, parents, teachers, and administrators to develop positive
learning experiences for students and to provide counseling, guidance and
information which will enable students to leave WCCS prepared for future
endeavors.
As child advocates, our overall goal is to facilitate the educational,
vocational, social and emotional well being of students. To this end, our
program consists of a variety of services and activities including individual
and group counseling, academic planning, college and career planning, parent
and teacher consultation, student testing, and information and referral
services.
The School Counseling Office is located between the home economics rooms
and the school's auditorium, and is across from the middle school gymnasium.
Regular hours for the School Counseling Office are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM,
Monday through Friday.
