The SCO has its own student resource library with a variety of media for
students to research occupations, two-year schools and four-year schools.
Students may perform research activities through books, videos, the Internet,
and WCCS purchased software programs.
Software Programs
CHOICES
Provides up-to-date information on colleges,
military academies, majors, occupations, and aid. Students may view a specific
college or occupation that interests them or may choose a search tool that
allows them to define particular characteristics resulting in a user defined
list of colleges or occupations. This program is regularly up-dated and
provides links to colleges, financial aid information, and career links.

Skills Program
This program helps students evaluate their own
study habits and learning styles and offers specific suggestions to improve.
