The Museum comes to Way-Coh

On Jan. 29^th all second graders at Wayland Elementary were treated to a lesson on animal adaptation by the Genesee Country Movable Museum. Children saw pelts of many animals and learned how those animals survive in the wild. Live turtles and snakes were part of the presentation. Children are studying animals and camouflage in their Open Court Reading Program and the museum lesson was well received.
