Today, fifth graders learned about the dairy industry. While field trips may be on hold, Cooperative Extension brought its dairy education program to WC. Students learned about cow biology, dairy calf care, milk processing and all other aspects of the agricultural discipline. There was even a ten day old Jersey calf for the students to meet. Thank you CCE for a great day of learning!
