Dear Wayland-Cohocton Prekindergarten (PreK 4) and Elementary Families:
It's that time of year when our Transportation Department needs your help to prepare routes for the coming school year! Families who utilize school transportation for the regular school year (September through June) and have one or more of the following circumstances apply to them, should submit the attached document communicating necessary transportation changes:
You live at a different address than the one on file last school year.
You have a change in day care provider/ daycare provider address than the one on file last school year.
You have needs for a regular alternative pick-up/drop-off for your child that is different from the one currently on file.
The attached document includes specific information about transportation to-and-from locations other than your child’s home address. Without the completion of this form, it will be assumed that your child is riding the bus to and from your home address currently on file. We ask that families complete the form and return it to the transportation department no later than Monday, July 31st.
