The recipient of the Golden Eagle Award for the week of February 26th is Charlie Caskey! Charlie deserves recognition for all of his hard work and efforts so far with his civic capstone project. When he started the project he really wasn't sure the direction he was headed, but it is really starting to take shape and develop into something he truly cares and is passionate about. We are so fortunate to have students like Charlie who really want to make a difference here at W-C!

The recipient of the Golden Eagle Award for the week of February 12th was Riley Nadeau! Ryleigh is always very helpful in the classroom and very willing to help others. She helps with class preparations and classroom decorations. She brings a smile every morning. She brings laughter to everyone she is around.

The recipient of the Golden Eagle Award for the week of March 6th is Carsyn King! Carsyn has really changed things around for himself. He has been very focused on his school work, has discovered features on his Chromebook to make assignments easier and is finding ways to motivate himself to keep moving forward. He asks questions when he is unsure and is working hard to stay on top of all his work.

The High School Art Department visited the Seneca Park Zoo . Forty art students attended to take photos of the animals. The students will use their photos to create artwork over the next few weeks.. #national youth art month
The recipient of the Golden Eagle Award for the week of December 18th was Jillian Eddy! Jill is very friendly to her fellow students and extremely polite to adults. She looks for ways to help others with school work and friendly advice. She is very dedicated to her extra-curricular activities including swimming and the play. She has a positive demeanor that is contagious to other students. She works to excel in all her classes and when she sees others struggling she will help them too!

He is dedicated to his schoolwork, his athletic endeavors, and has positive interactions with his peers and the adults here at school. He makes the classroom a better place.

The recipient of the Golden Eagle Award for the week of January 15th was senior Wyatt Babcock! Wyatt has shown attributes of Character and Kindness on many occasions. Wyatt has helped those around him with assignments, activities, as well as helping them in the cafeteria. He listens to his peers and encourages them to find the brighter side of things when they are going through a rough spot and celebrates with them when things are going well.

The Golden Eagle Award recipient for the week of February 5th is Hunter Murray! Regardless of the tasks at hand, Hunter can always be found with a smile on his face. Hunter is a friend to all of his classmates and goes out of his way to extend his kindness to everyone.
