WCCS Drama Club Presents


Wayland-Cohocton Drama Club will take to the stage this winter to present  ELF - The Musical on December 8th, 9th, and 10th in the Performing Arts Center. The Friday and Saturday night productions will begin at 7 p.m. with a special 1 p.m. matinee on Sunday, making for a great family opportunity to introduce children to theater. Admission will be $5 and available at the door.

Following auditions, Directors Joan York and Rich Miller announced the cast for the winter production. Congratulations to those young thespians who will be performing in this production: 

Elijah Berry will appear as Buddy, the oversized elf; Kailyn Mark is Jovie, Elijah Currier as Walter Hobbs, Pearl Walker as Emily Hobbs, Mia Swingle as Michael Hobbs, Anna Ammarell as Deb, Gabrielle Guido as the Manager, Harlee Grodis as Chadwick, Carter Webster as Matthews, Landen McCarthy as Mr. Greenway, Orion Walker as Santa Claus, Kayla Flickinger as Charlie, Zoia Hall as Tiara, Lyla Drum as Charlotte, Hannah Russo as the Salvation Army Lady, Lillie Ayala as the Waitress, Cora Hosmer and Nevaeh Byron as the Security Guards, Julia Wray as the Police Officer, Mya Button as the Saleswoman, Jillian Eddy as Sara, Sammuel Drake as Jim, Gabrielle Rosario as the Food Vendor.

The Fake Santas Will be played by Lyla Drum, Cora Hosmer, Neveah Terboss, Jillian Eddy, Theressa Swingle, Alanna Amedick, Helena Jones, Neveah Byron, Amelia Kimmel and Hannah Russo

Elf - The Musical features music by Matthew Sklar, Lyrics by Chad Beguelin and is based on the book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. It is based on the cinema film written by David Berenbaum.
