This weekend members of the Wayland-Cohocton Faculty and Staff attended the ROC Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk to benefit the American Cancer Society. The team’s efforts almost tripled its goal of raising $1000 with total donations reaching $2,821.30. According to the event’s website, that placed the WC Warriors Team 16th out of 412 for donations! Way to go Eagle Warriors! Thank you to Laurie Webster for heading up the efforts and to all of the Way-Co Warrior walkers who braved the cold damp weather to make the event a success!
