Wayland-Cohocton Nurses have created a centralized resource page for all things related to physical health and wellness, as well as the information and forms families need for school-related health requirements. Here you can find forms for medical physicals and medical needs in the building, information about reporting attendance, educational links and of course contact information for school nurses and attendance clerks. There is also some crossover information associated with Athletic programs.

Regardless of how a family accesses the page or from which building homepage on the school’s website, the link will direct you to the same page - making it possible to find prekindergarten through twelfth grade information.
