No proposals will be accepted after the designated submission deadline.
The Board of Education of the Wayland-Cohocton Central School District (the “District”) reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, or to accept a proposal or a portion thereof which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the District.
Introduction
Wayland-Cohocton Central School District is soliciting proposals from qualified community-based organizations (CBOs) or agencies to provide high-quality Full-Day Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) services for eligible four-year-old children in the District for the 2026–2027 school year. All proposed programs must comply with New York State Education Law Section 3602-ee and align with the NYS Prekindergarten Learning Standards.
Questions
All questions about this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted by email to Cindy Flowers, Director of Business, Finances and Transportation at cflowers@wccsk12.org, no later than March 20, 2026. All questions and answers will be answered by email. The District reserves the right to amend the RFP based on questions and issues raised at any time prior to the RFP submission deadline.
