Awards and Scholarships

The Wayland-Cohocton Central School Class of 2026 was honored on June 10 during the annual Awards and Scholarship Ceremony in the Performing Arts Center. During the event, 59 students received a total of 123 awards and scholarships recognizing their academic achievements, leadership, service, and future aspirations.

Community members representing the organizations, businesses, and families sponsoring the awards joined faculty and staff in presenting scholarships and honors to students. Through the generosity of individuals, community organizations, and local businesses, $138,673 was awarded to Wayland-Cohocton seniors at this event. Additionally, many of our students have received scholarships and awards given directly to them from the colleges, universities and trade schools they will be attending after graduation.
