Good afternoon sports families! Registrations for JV and Varsity level winter sports are currently open. If you have a child interested in joining a winter team, now is the time to get them registered to participate. A full list of JV and Varsity sport offerings are listed in our athletics page along with the link to register. Remember, returning families should continue to use their former accounts for any new or existing athletes. We look forward to seeing the names fill our rosters soon! Go Eagles!

Attention winter sports families: It's time to start gearing up for registrations. We will be opening and closing registrations for the winter season based on start and end dates for teams involved.
At this time, registrations are currently open for Modified Girls Basketball and Modified Wrestling and will remain open until October 23rd.
Registrations for other teams (i.e. JV and Varsity) will be opening soon. Other modified teams have later seasons so their registration windows will open closer to their season start dates.
Visit our athletics page and find the "Athletic Teams Registration" link. Information at the top is followed by the registration link at the bottom.

FYI: National FEMA Test scheduled for Wednesday, October 4th
On Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, at approximately 2:20 p.m., FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the Puerto Rico Emergency Management Bureau will conduct a nationwide test to assess the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) capabilities. Wayland-Cohocton is making families aware of the national test for informational purposes only.
Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. during the national test, cell towers will broadcast the signal for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and whose wireless provider participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test message. To help ensure that these alerts are accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities, the alerts are accompanied by a unique tone and vibration.
